CBS 42: Tyson Foods facing lawsuit over fish kill

SIPSEY, Ala (WIAT)– The Sipsey Heritage Commission announced Tuesday they’ll be suing Tyson Foods for “the assault” on the Black Warrior River.
According to their Facebook post, Attorney Jud Allen will be leading the case.
Regardless of the cleanup efforts, the Black Warrior Riverkeeper says Mulberry Fork remains unsafe.
