Mike
Love the Presentation – simple, informative, understandable to non-rural citizens and what built this country.
Plus Mike, you changed and developed this approach – my guess this was your business plan.
So many questions but the answer to one is clear to me – our political class are the creator of the damage that has been done. It is we, the citizens, who have let this happen.
This presentation has an audience but its not where the energy is focused.
Frankly Mike, our food system is no different then out inequity in incomes – all producers who are producing quality food, prices, I would guess, 60-70% of the citizens can’t afford.
Ground beef in HyVee is $5.99 and up but the quality meat sells for 50-100% higher. I am basing this on my own experience. This needs to be addressed as well. I believe the system you mention here if we go to local lockers, local producers but that requires getting
more farmers, rancher, etc.. Who is going to finance that? The so-called local bank?
Mike, going to use this in the I am finalizing – it will acknowledge its yours.
Thanks for this presentation.
