First, YOU use YOUR 9th and 10th Amendment rights (“unenumerated rights”) to assemble as Jurors in a non-monetized Citizen-led Jury, online (“urthejuror.us” password 250thyear). This non-government Jury of the People bypasses government abuses. (Citizen-initiated grand juries are already legal in six states.)
Second, YOU can use this historic “power-grab” case like Marbury v Madison, but this time the YOU grab power back from the government. Like Marbury, this case precedent is needed to establish the “Doctrine of the People’s Review.” YOU are adding (enumerating) the Constitutional right of the People to use a Citizen-led Jury in cases of government abuse.
