Details:

Congress passed the Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) law in 2002.

It requires food companies to clearly label beef, pork, lamb, chicken, goat meat, seafood, fruits, and vegetables with their country of origin.

Over 90% of consumers want to know where their food comes from.

But multinational agribusinesses and foreign governments are fighting to repeal this important law.

The former Director-General of the WTO has said that country of origin does not matter because these are "products of the world".

What do you think?

Bill Bullard, CEO of R-CALF USA will discuss the importance of COOL and how the COOL legislation, if defeated, could affect the food on your table.

Michael Stumo, CEO of CPA, will moderate and provide information about action we can take on this matter.
