Just think what an outbreak of Hoof and Mouth would do in Manhattan, Kansas, our nation’s livestock center. And how that would open up meat imports from multinational corporations. Not only would it destroy the wealth created, but the ability to produce in the future. A bio lab of this nature in Kansas is truly a major and unprecedented act of Folly. MC
